Radio Guide Company took part in the International Travel Trade Fair “Balttour 2013” that took place in Riga in February 8th – 10th, 2013. Celebrating its 20th anniversary, the fair is reputed to be a traditional commencement of new tourist season. The exposition was formed by two topics: Travel Latvia and Discover the World that embraced around 700 travel enterprises from 34 countries.

Prior to the Fair, the Russian-Baltic Cultural Tourism Forum took place in Riga presenting the largest events and projects: World Student Games (Universiade) in Kazan in 2013, Olympic and Paralympic Games in Sochi in 2014, FIFA World Cup in 2018, North Caucasian projects and those of the marine passenger terminal of St. Petersburg “Marine Fa?ade”. The Russian delegation was led by the Deputy Minister of Culture of Russian Federation Alla Manilova. The event provided a large business program including plenary meeting, presentations, seminars and round-table discussions. All questions regarding the Kransodar region (where Sochi is located) were answered by the Minister of Resorts and Tourism Eugene Kudel.

After that the Deputy Minister visited regional stands of the fair.
